Youth clubs and groups

Youth club

We run a junior and senior youth club once a school term for adopted young people.

The youth clubs are the perfect place to:

  • engage in activities with other adopted young people

  • make new friends and connections

  • relax and have some chill out time

  • grab some food and drink

We’d love to know what young people want for their youth club so welcome their ideas on how to make the youth club even better. Come along to our next group:

ConnectTeens

Held every half term

Our ConnectTeens is a small group of young people aged 14 - 18 years who have experienced adoption. They meet up every six weeks.

We want young people to shape our service and provide a valuable contribution to how this is delivered. ConnectTeens are involved in activities such as writing articles for our newsletter, contributing to the design and development of services, supporting the preparation of prospective adopters, peer support and developing a blog.

They also have lots of fun together in activities, providing peer support and a safe space to share experiences.

If you have a young person who would be interested in being a member of the group, drop us a message for more information.
